Q. What information do I need to supply to Kate before my consultation?
A. You will be provided with a questionnaire focusing on key information that Kate needs to ascertain the best solutions for your current health issues. All your information is naturally treated in the strictest confidentiality. For some, healing begins with balancing hormones, or improving the immune system. Others may need to discover food allergies or deficiencies in specific nutrients such as vitamins, minerals or essential fatty acids. Cleansing your system may be the primary focus to begin your healing journey. Each individual is different and a program to suit you is designed that will take into account both the current health issues and those that began in childhood.
Q. Is it necessary to have followed the “Nutri-Focus Program” before my consultation?
A. No, though Kate prefers that you are familiar with the “Nutri-Focus Program”, she will support and encourage you from the very start. Download the free cookbook for some great tips, packed with easy, healthy, healing recipes.
Q. Does Kate’s healing practice focus on a particular age group?
A. Age is not a barrier, Kate’s programs have proven to be valuable for baby-boomers, restoring health and well-being for the common conditions of this age group. The elderly have found a new sense of wellness and vitality.

Children are faced with the growing challenge of over-processed foods, environmental pollution, degraded land thereby producing food that is lacking in vital elements. A. Your case will be carefully assessed and specific homeopathic/herbals remedies chosen by our qualified Naturopath herbalist Kate. Your condition may indicate the need to do some test with our nationally accredited Laboratory. Your diet/nutritional status will be assessed and recommendations given to target rapid improvement. You can purchase select remedies from our personal practitioner only range via our web site.
Q, Do I need future consultations?
A. I would love to be able to wave a magic want and instantly heal all your health problems, the fact is that healing takes time. It is important to allow your body/mind the time to fully recover it’s natural immunity, healthy balance and optimal function. It is for this reason that I have created a package that gives you full support and consultation options for 6 months. Saving you money and relieving the stress and worry of what to do next, as you will have and on-going relationship with your Naturopath. Unexpected health issues can be dealt with rapidly when they arise (which is always the optimum time to resolve them).
Q. How much does a consultation cost?
Initial telephone consultations are from $125 Au, depending on your current condition, level of support and length of treatment.
